About H3 Rehab

Helping viewers break free from parasocial relationships and reclaim their time and mental well-being.

Our Mission

H3 Rehab was created to help those who have found themselves caught in the cycle of parasocial relationships with online content creators, specifically the H3 Podcast and H3H3 Productions. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for people to share their stories of recovery and inspire others to break free from unhealthy viewing habits.

What We Know

Excessive consumption of any content—especially content built around drama, negativity, and divisive viewpoints—has a detrimental effect on mental health and personal relationships. Parasocial relationships with content creators lead to:

Ethan Klein of H3 is a Zionist and has been accused of leveraging allegations of anti-Semitism to silence criticism of Israel. The notion of "Jewish exceptionalism," which frames Jewish people as uniquely and perpetually oppressed, stifles open, honest discussion of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Holding Israel to a different standard than other nations undermines the Palestinian cause and enables Israeli actions to continue with impunity. A forthright, unapologetic dialogue—free from political correctness or fear of false accusations—is essential so that all voices can be heard and respected.

Our Story

H3 Rehab was founded by a collective of former dedicated H3 Podcast viewers who saw how their viewing habits were negatively impacting their lives. What began as enjoyable entertainment evolved into a time-consuming obsession with drama and feuds, often accompanied by defensive behavior on social media.

After breaking free from these patterns, the founders created H3 Rehab to guide others through the same challenges—helping them recognize unhealthy parasocial relationships and take steps toward balanced media consumption.
